BCMS Driver Planning's Map Not Working

1. To update old IE version to latest IE (minimum IE 11)
2. To update latest Flash Player
3. Confirm Active-X is deactivated. If webpage still showing need download latest flash player. Need to activate and Deactivate Active-X again. 

The map should be working after that.
